Sinds oktober 2015 zijn we verplicht om de leeftijd van alle nieuwe klanten te verifi\u00ebren. Deze informatie staat op de pagina Gebruiksvoorwaarden.\n<br>\n<br>\n<h3>Hoe controleren jullie mijn leeftijd?<\/h3>\n<p>We gebruiken een door de industrie erkend systeem van derden om je leeftijd te verifi\u00ebren. Het systeem voert verschillende onafhankelijke controles uit om te verifi\u00ebren of je 18 jaar of ouder bent. We voeren zo min mogelijk controles uit; de enige keer dat we meerdere records controleren, is als we je leeftijd niet kunnen verifi\u00ebren aan de hand van eerdere controles.<\/p>\n<p>We vereisen dat dezelfde naam wordt gebruikt voor zowel het factuuradres als het afleveradres; je kunt niet afrekenen als de namen niet overeenkomen.<\/p>\n<hr>\n\n<h3>Welke informatie gebruik je?<\/h3>\n<p>We controleren je leeftijd aan de hand van je volledige naam, huidige adres en de geboortedatum die je hebt opgegeven bij het aanmaken van je account. Het factuuradres dat u opgeeft, wordt gebruikt als uw huidige woonadres. We vragen je ervoor te zorgen dat het factuuradres op je account overeenkomt met het adres waar je momenteel woont.<\/p>\n<hr>\n\n<h3>Wat gebeurt er als jullie mijn leeftijd niet kunnen verifi\u00ebren?<\/h3>\n<p>Als we niet kunnen verifi\u00ebren dat je ouder bent dan 18 op het moment van registratie, wordt je gevraagd om meer informatie te verstrekken door een identiteitsbewijs te uploaden en te worden onderworpen aan een aanwezigheidscontrole (d.w.z. een selfie). Als je nog steeds niet geverifieerd kunt worden, kun je contact opnemen met onze helpdesk. We bewaren geen kopie\u00ebn van ingediende
