BONDS by IQOS — Ruby Red

BONDS is the entry point into IQOS heating, and Ruby Red is the version people pick when they want the device to look like something they chose rather than something they were issued. Deep red, matte finish, no chrome.

Who it suits

If you are moving away from cigarettes and do not want to start with the most expensive device on the shelf, BONDS makes sense: it costs a fraction of the ILUMA line but uses the same principle — heat the stick, never burn it. The trade-off is the stick range, which is narrower than the ILUMA ecosystem.

ROUNDHEAT, briefly

Heat is applied around the stick rather than through a blade inserted into it. Two practical consequences: nothing to snap off inside the device, and nothing to scrape clean afterwards.

Sticks and charging

Works with BLENDS (real tobacco, four classic profiles) and BEYOND (tobacco-free, menthol and fruit). Charges over USB Type-C.
