There are no additional charges upon receipt for deliveries within the 27 EU countries, except for Switzerland, where customers are responsible for taxes and customs fees. We do not refund fees related to customs, taxes, or clearance charged by government authorities or related parties.
Warranty
We offer a 6-month warranty on all products.
Due to the nature of our products, all devices should be regularly cleaned to avoid issues with the heating blades and other components.
The warranty does not apply to devices with visible damage caused by the buyer, such as liquid damage, drops, or broken parts. If the warranty is valid, we offer free repairs or replacement of broken parts, but shipping costs for sending and returning the device are the customer’s responsibility.
We will replace a device only in cases of DOA (dead on arrival) after receiving the defective product.
