Frequently asked questions
What are heat-not-burn products?
A heat-not-burn device warms a tobacco or nicotine stick instead of setting it alight. Nothing burns, so there is no ash and far less smell than a cigarette. These products still contain nicotine, which is addictive, and they are not risk free.
Which sticks fit which device?
Formats are not interchangeable. TEREA, DELIA and LEVIA fit the IQOS ILUMA series only. RIVO and VIRTO are for glo Hilo; NEO, VEO and Kent are for the glo Hyper platform. EVO and LYO are for Ploom, BLENDS and BEYOND for BONDS by IQOS, and FIIT for lil SOLID.
What is the difference between IQOS and glo?
IQOS ILUMA heats by induction — a metal element sits inside the stick itself, so the holder has no blade and nothing to clean. glo heats the stick inside a chamber. The chambers differ in shape, which is why an IQOS stick will not fit a glo and the other way round.
Does “tobacco-free” mean nicotine-free?
No. LEVIA, RIVO, VEO, LYO and BEYOND contain no tobacco leaf — the base is processed plant fibre — but they all carry nicotine, which is addictive.
Can I buy single packs, or only cartons?
TEREA is sold both ways: from €7.60 for a single pack, or €76 for a carton of ten packs. The other ranges are sold by the carton.
Do you deliver to all EU countries?
We ship to 23 EU countries. The exact delivery cost and time window for your address are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–14 business days. You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way.
How can I pay for my order?
By card — Visa or Mastercard — or in cryptocurrency. Payment is taken before dispatch.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
No. Parcels ship from a warehouse inside the EU customs union, so there is no clearance step and nothing to pay on receipt.
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are marked on the listing and cannot be added to the basket. Compatible alternatives from the same range are shown on the product page.
Can I return an order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. Sealed products must be unopened.
Do ILUMA sticks work in older IQOS devices?
No. The ILUMA generation heats by induction and has no blade, so TEREA, DELIA and LEVIA will not work in blade-based models such as IQOS 3 DUO. HEETS and TEREA are not interchangeable either.
